Shipping Policy

We are aiming to deliver all our goods as soon as we possibly can.
This is determined by the product you wish to buy, your postcode and also couriers availability.
Our Greenhouses, Sheds and over the door canopies are usually delivered within 2-4 working days.
Our Gazebos, Patio covers, Carports & Conservatories ranges are usually delivered within 7 working days. We will get in contact with you offering dates for the next available delivery slots in your area.
This excludes weekends, orders received after 11am Friday, will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday (excludes bank holidays) If in doubt, please contact us prior to ordering.

We offer free shipping on most of our products to the majority of mainland postcodes.
Exceptions to this are postcodes in the Scottish Highlands such as AB31-38, AB41-56, IV1-56 & IV63 and on the mainland KW1-14, PA21-40, PH15-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.
Additional courier charges are from £20.00 depending on the item ordered and the destination postcode. Please call us on 01302 388 700 for a quote before placing an order.
For all offshore UK postcodes ie. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight and postcodes KA,KW,HS,IV,PA,PH,ZE and TR.
